Commission has rendered thirty two data
entry operator Jobless yesterday .
All the Data Entry operator were appointed by the Commission
time to time for meeting the requirement
of the office but all of sudden
yesterday Commission issued the termination letter to all of them .
It is to be noted that
as per rule Commission should have served the one Month prior Notice to the Candidate . but it
was not done second Commission had been reaapointing every candidate every year for the last nine years .
In a historical Judgment Supreme Court Supreme Court has declared that if a person
is appointed more then once for a period of one year who also have completed
the process of appointment cant not be removed , process mean if the
organization has advertised the post , after scrutiny of the application ,
Skill test ,Competency Test , and Interview has been qualified the candidate ,
can not be removed at all .
Nine year is a very long time dedicated to one particular
origination. Some of become overage after that period . so it is like
playing with the lives and future of the
people
Any State organization cant take so arbitrary and autocratic
decision against the common man ..
